    Jamie is thrilled to bring 28 years of experience and passion to beautiful downtown Safety Harbor, Florida. Showcasing multiple styles of pizza from around the world, The NONA features only the best ingredients, the highest quality cheeses, and dough made fresh by hand daily. Jamie’s hard work and dedication to his craft have led him to win a multitude of awards including four world championships. Well-known and loved in the industry, Jamie has learned from the best and delighted many pizza connoisseurs with his delicious creations. He has devoted much of his career to mentoring countless hardworking, passionate pizzaiolo around the country, including all of the employees right here at The NONA! The NONA Slice House is named after Jamie’s two children, Noah and Naomi, who inspire him to be the best he can be every day and share his love for pizza.

    Joey found his passion for pizza making in his high school culinary program where he served students & staff alike. Joey has been Jamie’s right-hand man for nearly a decade opening restaurants across the country together. Joey is the founding general manager of The NONA. He is also an award-winning pizzaiolo. Through years of working together, Jamie & Joey built a friendship that led them to open The NONA Slice House in April of 2019. There has been a lot of blood, sweat & long nights put into making The NONA what it is today. Joey’s main focus & passion is bringing the best pizza to the Tampa Bay Area and helping to make the dining experience as fun and creative as he can!

    Dustin has worked alongside Jamie for eight years and counting! Dustin brings with him the background of 15 years in the restaurant business. What Dustin loves most about The NONA is how creative we get with pizza and pushing the limits on food profiles. After working alongside Jamie for years and building a friendship, Dustin came to realize just how big the pizza world truly is and wanted to become a part of what Jamie has so much passion for. Dustin prides himself on the family environment The NONA has created from the employee relationships we have built, to those with our guests. Pizza has always been his favorite food and coming from his hometown in NY, he missed the quality of a good NY slice. The NONA has brought that back to him & more.

    Assistant Manager

    Jack had brought 5 years of experience as a pizza cook with him when he started at The NONA as our very first hire. He was the main oven person for nearly a year before becoming an integral part of our management team. As a lifelong Safety Harbor local, Jack takes great pride in being able to serve the town he grew up in. His commitment to quality and exceptional service has made him a perfect fit as a manager here at The NONA.
